The students and staff made sure Gamble Montessori High School's first pep rally was a sight to be seen.
The athletic director, Dave Miller and cafeteria manager, Jessica League organized a tremendous opening act. The pep rally included all students from 7th-8th grade and filled the school's brand new gym, affectionately named "The Swamp."
Students were cheering as the reigning CMAC volleyball champions were introduced as well as all other fall sports. After fall sports teams were recognized teacher, Jasmine Johnson-Hays lead the dance team into a high energy performance that got the entire gym into a high energy mood.
Lastly, the pep rally had a teacher TP (toilet paper) wrapping contest. Teachers from each grade level volunteered to be wrapped by the students. The winners of this contest won Gamble Montessori High School spirit wear and the winning teacher won four tickets to see FC Cincinnati. The tickets were made possible by resource coordinator, Nikki Hollis.
The pep rally will certainly go down in Gamble history as one of the best ever and was a great way to cap our homecoming week festivities.
