Free COVID-19 Vaccines for Students Age 12 and Older

vaccine flier (all text in the story)We are excited to let you know that the Cincinnati Health Department has opened up vaccination spots for students 12 years of age and older!

Vaccination clinics will begin this Wednesday, September 29, at various high schools listed below. We acknowledge this is short notice, but we are grateful that the City Health Department was able to secure enough Pfizer vaccines to allow us to have these clinics that are open to our students and their families.

Parents do not have to be present with their child for the vaccination as long as they have signed consent. Parents of children 12 years and older are also eligible for the vaccine and may sign up using the link below.

How to Register

Below are step-by-step guides on how to register a parent account and then 'add a family member' (child). The guides also include how to schedule an appointment for both the mobile app and online at

Individuals can register a patient account and search "Cincinnati" in the provider search to find all of the viewable appointments.

Receiving the Second Dose

CHD will register you for your second dose appointment while you are on site.

Please note that the Cincinnati Health Department is in charge of operating vaccination sites.
