What's happening with your PTO
The Gamble Montessori PTO will next be meeting on Tuesday, March 8th starting at 6 PM in the Community Space. In addition to the normal reporting out of school happenings in an abbreviated style, there will be an instructive session on how to use PowerSchool. If you have yet to use PowerSchool or need a refresher on it, then this is a meeting you should not miss. Parents who signed up for the snowed out session will be rescheduled for this session. If you are interested in attending, please call Tom Haid at 363-2607.
Gamble Montessori PTO Purpose Statement:
The relationships within all communities, which include students, teachers, staff, parents, and patrons, are a vital influence on the success of our children’s futures. Therefore, our purpose is to foster a sense of support, pride and enthusiasm; to encourage parent and public involvement in the Cincinnati Public School District; and to bring into closer relation the home and the school, that the parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the education of children and youth. This organization shall provide service for school functions, engage in fundraising projects, encourage parent, teacher, and community involvement, and cooperate with school administration in providing educational opportunities.
We want to encourage you at any time you choose to feel free to sit in on our PTO meetings! We meet on the second Tuesday of every month at 6 p.m. in the community space. Feel free to come ANYTIME!! We also encourage you to become a Member of the Gamble PTO even if you can’t attend the meetings. Our membership donation is $5 and we will enter your names in our periodic drawings for gift certificates when you join!

Some updates and thank you’s….
We would like to thank Ms. Cathy Santiago for placing the mums in the planters in front entrance. They are beautiful and really do add a great presence in beautifying our school.
PTO MEMBERSHIP DRIVE……We have another WINNER from the drawing….CAPRISE JOHNSON IS THE WINNER OF A $15 Graeter's Gift Certificate!! There is still time to participate in our drive and we will be having other drawings. It is not too late to participate…..only $5.00 FOR THE PTO Membership fee.
For those who live on the East side and may be interested: There is a Parent Support Group Called, "It Takes a Village to Raise a Child Parent Support Group". They meet bi-weekly on Thursdays at 7pm at The Bond Hill Recreation Center, 1501 Elizabeth Street, 45237.
